About Sarah Jarvis

As a 30+ year veteran of the Richmond, VA real estate market, I hope to have the opportunity to work with you. I graduated from The College of William and Mary in 1990. After graduation, I worked with my father who was a homebuilder and earned my real estate license in 1992. I started my own real estate firm in 1996. I was the principal broker of my firm, One South Realty Group, one of the top independent brokerages in the Richmond area from 2008-2023. Now I serve as the team leader of the One South Realty Group Team Powered by Samson Properties. The advice I provide to clients is rooted in decades of experience in many facets of real estate. I have purchased well over 200 properties over the years including single family homes, condos, apartments complexes, and office buildings in several different areas of the Richmond area. I feel that the number one goal in working with any client is helping them to understand the marketplace and the factors which drive it.
